Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting zbusiness37@gmail.com or calling 8866883400.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, our Return and Refund Policies may apply.

Advance Payment Refund

If an order is cancelled before dispatch and a refund is due, the ₹129 advance payment will be refunded, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Cancellation by ZYKAA

ZYKAA may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the delivery address is not serviceable, a material listing error occurs, or a payment or verification issue cannot be resolved.

If we cancel an order for which payment has been collected, we will initiate an appropriate refund.

Failed or Undeliverable Orders

If delivery fails or an order cannot be delivered, please contact our support team for assistance. Any applicable recovery of costs will be handled only where lawful and properly disclosed.
