ZYKAA provides customers with the payment options displayed at checkout, which may include online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).

₹129 Advance Payment and Cash on Delivery

Where this payment option is offered, customers pay ₹129 as an advance payment when placing their order. The remaining order balance is payable to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

The ₹129 advance is part of the total order price, not an additional charge.

Before completing an order, customers should be able to see:

Total order price
Advance payment amount
Remaining COD balance
Applicable shipping charges and taxes
Any other mandatory charges

Online Payments

Online payments are processed through the payment methods and service providers available at checkout. Orders are subject to payment authorization and confirmation.

Failed Transactions

If money is debited from your account but your order is not confirmed, contact us at zbusiness37@gmail.com with your order details, payment reference, transaction date, and amount.

We will verify the transaction and arrange an appropriate refund if payment was received for an order that cannot be fulfilled.

Payment Security

ZYKAA will never ask you to disclose your UPI PIN, card PIN, password, or OTP by email or phone.
