Order Verification and Delivery Confirmation Policy

ZYKAA may verify order details to help reduce fraudulent transactions, incorrect deliveries, and failed orders.

Order Verification

We may verify the customer's name, contact number, delivery address, order contents, and payment status using the information provided during checkout.

We will never ask customers to disclose their OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, or password.

Advance Payment and COD Confirmation

For orders using the ₹129 advance payment option, the order confirmation should clearly display:

Total order amount
₹129 advance payment collected
Remaining balance payable at delivery

Customers should review these details and contact us promptly if an amount appears incorrect.

Delivery Issues

If an order is marked delivered but has not been received, or if a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us with the order number and relevant details.

We may coordinate with the courier or delivery partner and request reasonable information to investigate the issue.
